Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and IELTSPrepHub. They cover what the platform gives you, how payment and approval work, and what each of us is responsible for.

1. Acceptance of these terms

IELTSPrepHub is an independent IELTS preparation platform, run from Bangladesh alongside Moktadir's IELTS School. By browsing the site, creating an account, or buying a course you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms. The date shown at the top of this page is the date of the version you are reading, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated version.

2. What IELTSPrepHub provides

Most of the platform is open. Only courses are sold; a plan unlocks the AI examiners and the full four-skill mock:

  • Topic-wise and Cambridge-style practice is free and needs no account. Signing in only adds the attempt to your own history.
  • Single-skill mock tests are free to any signed-in student. The full four-skill mock needs an active plan.
  • Courses are the paid product. They are bought once and delivered as live or recorded classes.
  • AI feedback on Writing and Speaking is metered. It needs an account and consumes the quota on your plan.

We describe features as they are today. Study material is added, revised and occasionally withdrawn, and a specific test or question set is not guaranteed to stay available.

3. No affiliation with the test providers

Not affiliated with or endorsed by the British Council, IDP or Cambridge. IELTS is their trademark.

Every passage, question, explanation and recording on this site is written and produced for IELTSPrepHub. We do not reproduce past examination papers, and we do not present our material as coming from a test provider.

4. Your account

An account is free. You are responsible for what happens under it, so a few things are on you:

  • Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself.
  • One person, one account. Sharing an account, or passing paid material to someone who has not bought it, is grounds for suspension.
  • You must be at least 16 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission to use the service.
  • Tell us at support@ieltsprephub.com as soon as you think someone else has reached your account.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. The privacy policy sets out what happens to your data when you do.

5. Payments and order approval

Payment is made in Bangladeshi Taka through bKash or Nagad. You send the payment yourself and then submit the transaction ID with your order. We never ask for a card number, a PIN or a wallet password, and we do not store them.

Every order is reviewed and approved by a person. Access opens when that approval is recorded, not at the moment the payment is sent, so allow time for the review.

A transaction ID can support only one pending or approved order. If an order is rejected, that transaction ID is released and you can submit a new order for it; the rejected order is kept and shown to whoever reviews the next one, together with the reason it was rejected.

Where the amount paid does not match the price, or a transaction ID has been used before, the order is held for a person to look at rather than approved or refused automatically.

6. Refunds

Refunds are returned to the bKash or Nagad number the payment came from, and are processed after the same manual review as an order.

  • If you were charged for access you never received, or an order was approved in error, contact us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund it in full.
  • Once course access has been opened, the fee is not refundable: the recordings, materials and group are available to you immediately.
  • If we cancel or fail to run a course you have paid for, it is refunded in full.
  • AI evaluation quota that has already been spent is not refundable. Unused quota is refunded pro rata if we withdraw the feature.

7. AI-generated feedback and band estimates

Writing and Speaking feedback, and every band figure the platform shows, is produced by an automated model against the published assessment criteria. It is an estimate, shown to guide your practice.

It is not an official IELTS result and carries no standing with any test centre, university, employer or immigration authority. Do not rely on it for a decision that matters — sit the real test.

Automated scoring can be wrong in both directions. If an estimate looks clearly out of line with your work, send it to support and a person will look at it.

8. Acceptable use

The service is for your own IELTS preparation. While using it, you agree not to:

  • Copy, republish, resell or redistribute our questions, passages, audio or course material.
  • Scrape, bulk-download or automate access to any part of the platform.
  • Share your sign-in details, or use someone else's.
  • Attempt to reach another student's data, bypass an access check, or interfere with how the service runs.
  • Submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content in an essay, a recording, a support message or an uploaded file.

9. Content and intellectual property

The passages, questions, explanations, audio, analytics and course material on this site belong to us or are licensed to us. Using the service gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to study with them; it does not transfer any ownership and it does not permit republication or use in another product.

All Cambridge questions and materials belong to Cambridge University Press & Assessment and their respective rights holders. IELTSPrepHub claims no ownership of them, and this notice grants no permission to use copyrighted content.

What you write and record stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, evaluate it, and show it back to you as feedback and progress.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the platform up, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and network problems happen, and a timed sitting can be interrupted by them.

We may change, suspend or retire parts of the service. Where that affects something you have paid for, we will tell you and, where it is fair to do so, refund it.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the payment process, or puts other students' data at risk. Where a breach looks accidental we will contact you before acting.

If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

12. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the band you do or do not achieve in a real test, or for any decision taken on the strength of an estimated band.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms go to support@ieltsprephub.com, or through the contact page. Signed-in students can also open a support thread from inside the app.
